Action contre la Faim (AcF) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit making humanitarian organization. In Indonesia, its projects address the areas of water and sanitation, food security, and disaster preparedness. Activities including repair and construction of infrastructures, construction of showers and latrines, hygiene education, distribution of farming and fishing equipment, support to income-generating activities, and socioeconomic and environmental impact studies.

Responsibilities:
1. Organize and manage the base’s Logistic and Administration (finance and HR).
2. Manage security of the base.
3. Represent AcF at district level.
4. Facilitate communication and integration between the different programs.
5. Contribute to continual analysis of humanitarian situation in NTT and adaptation of AcF strategy.


Desired Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree.
2. Having 5 (five) years experience in community development or related field is preferred.
3. Experience in Finance, HR, and Logistic.
4. Experience working in NTT area would be an advantage.
5. Excellent English skill is compulsory (oral & written).
6. Experience in team management and has organizational skill.
