Vacancy in Yayasan Adista

Adista is an Indonesian Foundation working to promote the well being of
children,their families and communities. Adista operates in Aceh Besar threw 6
animation centers and 1 mobile unit. we are urgently looking for a qualified administrator to be based in Banda Aceh.

Administrator - Banda Aceh HQ office

Resposibility:
- accountancy of Adista (invoices, cash and bank flow, cash and bank control, cash management, cash advances)
- elaboration and payment of the salaries
- elaboration of monthly, half yearly, and yearly budget forecast
- elaboration of financial reports for partners and donors
- elaboration of budget follow up
- authorization and follow up of daily orders
- management of adista's supporting staff (logistician, translator)
- administrative management of adista's employees
- visa and transportation of expatriates

Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- at least 2 years relevant experience working in similar position
- excellent language skill in english and bahasa indonesia
- computer skill in MS office
- able to write reports
